Assured Nursing is seeking a local contract Home Health Occupational Therapist in Napa, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and develop strategies to improve them.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.
- At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health care.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina to travel to various patient homes.
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
