Local Contract Occupational Therapist Home Health - $60 per hour

Assured Nursing is seeking a local contract Home Health Occupational Therapist in Lacey, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in home health settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
