Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Document all sessions and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the Medford area as needed.
