Assured Nursing is seeking a local contract Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State.
• Experience in home health care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
