Lobby Ambassador

About the role

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests.
• Utilize tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.
• Supply Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Ensure proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximize interactions during peak arrival periods.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Assist with additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume.
• Take inventories and ensure all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
