LoanIQ Training & Enablement Lead (contract)

Location: 1525 W WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC
Alternate Locations: 7711 Plantation Rd, Roanoke, VA or 401 Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX
Duration: 18 months
Work Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced LoanIQ Training & Operations Readiness Consultant to support a large-scale AFS to LoanIQ conversion initiative within Wholesale Lending Operations. This role is critical in preparing Operations teams for system adoption through effective training design, delivery, and hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of LoanIQ along with proven expertise in training delivery, content development, and user enablement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks
• Create role-based training content aligned to business processes and system workflows
• Build real-world practice lab scenarios to reinforce learning and system navigation
• Configure training and test environments to support hands-on learning experiences
• Facilitate practice labs using scenario-based exercises
• Walk through LoanIQ screens, functionality, and workflows during training sessions
• Partner with business and operations SMEs to support procedure development and reviews
• Ensure training materials align with current processes, system enhancements, and conversion requirements
• Support overall readiness efforts for system adoption across Operations

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
• Strong LoanIQ experience with deep knowledge of lending operations workflows
• Proven experience delivering system training (LoanIQ or similar lending platforms preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly training content
• Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning programs
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AFS to LoanIQ conversions or similar system migrations
• Background in Lending Operations (e.g., servicing, booking, payments, loan maintenance)
• Experience working in UAT or test environments
