Training & Enablement Specialist (LoanIQ) - NC, TX, VA

Client: Financial Services Team | Location: Charlotte, NC / Roanoke, VA / Irving (Las Colinas), TX – Hybrid | Contract Length: 18 months (likely no extension)

About the Role

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to resolving these challenges with a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves strategically collaborating and consulting with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions for LoanIQ within Lending Operations
• Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks
• Create role-based training content and real-world lab scenarios aligned to business processes
• Configure training and test environments to support hands-on learning experiences
• Facilitate practice labs and reinforce learning through scenario-based exercises
• Walk users through LoanIQ system functionality, screens, and workflows
• Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure development and validation
• Ensure training content aligns with current processes, enhancements, and conversion requirements
• Support system adoption and readiness for AFS to LoanIQ conversion
• Adjust training approaches based on audience needs and feedback
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of LoanIQ experience with strong knowledge of lending operations workflows
• Proven experience delivering system training and developing training materials
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to explain complex processes clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AFS to LoanIQ conversion or similar system migrations
• Background in lending operations (servicing, booking, payments, loan maintenance)
• Experience working with UAT or test environments
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Experience designing role-based learning and hands-on lab environments

Pay

$60 - $65 per hour
