LoanIQ Trainer - COVERED

Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX (3 days onsite every week)
Position type: 18 months contract with high possibility of extension/conversion

About the role

Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks. Create role-based training content and real-world practice lab scenarios aligned with business processes. Configure training/test environments to enable hands-on learning experiences. Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure creation and reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of LoanIQ experience with strong functional knowledge of lending operations workflows
• Proven experience delivering system training, preferably on LoanIQ or similar lending platforms
• Ability to clearly explain complex processes and system functionality to end users
• Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning content
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
