Loan IQ Trainer

About the role

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on LoanIQ system functionality and business processes. Support training initiatives related to LoanIQ implementations, conversions, and ongoing portfolio transformation efforts. Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to identify training needs and create engaging learning materials. Facilitate instructor-led sessions, virtual training, and record training content for broader distribution. Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for LoanIQ system functionality and business processes
• Support LoanIQ implementations, conversions, and portfolio transformation training initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning materials
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and recorded training sessions
• Assist with change management activities for system adoption

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and delivering training for complex enterprise systems
• Strong background in financial services, lending, or banking operations
• Experience with LoanIQ or similar large-scale banking platforms (highly preferred)
• Ability to translate complex system workflows into clear, user-friendly training content
• Excellent facilitation skills with experience in virtual and recorded training sessions
