Loan Transaction Senior Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Represent both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions as well as banking, finance, and real estate matters.
• Draft contracts and transaction documents.
• Facilitate negotiations.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Have reasonable billable requirements.
• Compensation increases based on collections and business development bonuses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in loan transactions and financing.
• Real estate and business law experience preferred.
• Oregon State Bar membership.
• Book of business preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong legal skills and knowledge of commercial lending, real estate, and business law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet billable requirements.
• Experience working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

$150K-$200K DOE
