We are an established law firm looking for a talented Senior Contract Attorney / Senior Real Estate Lawyer.
Responsibilities
- Handle transactional real estate and business matters
- Experience with Special Districts is a plus
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in Colorado
- Professional transactional attorney experience in real estate and business
- Willingness to work 5 days onsite in Castle Rock
