About the role

Based in Plano, we are a rapidly-growing law firm seeking a proven Senior M&A Attorney / Senior Attorney.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in TX
• 8+ years of M&A experience
• Corporate securities (private placements, etc.) experience preferred
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Plano to start and then move to 3-4 days onsite
