Senior Business Transaction Attorney
We are seeking a Corporate and Business Transactional Attorney to advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate governance, and general business matters.
- Handle business transactions for clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
- Provide practical legal guidance on business operations, transactions, and corporate structuring.
- Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group.
- Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth.
- Manage multiple transactional matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service.
Qualifications
- Active and good standing California Bar admission required.
- Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required.
- Senior-level experience advising on entity formation, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused environment.
- Interest in practice development, mentorship, and long term professional growth.
