Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate governance, and general business matters
  • Handle business transactions for clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
  • Provide practical legal guidance on business operations, transactions, and corporate structuring
  • Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group
  • Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth
  • Manage multiple transactional matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service

Qualifications

  • Active and good standing California Bar admission required
  • Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required
  • Senior-level experience advising on entity formation, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused environment
  • Interest in practice development, mentorship, and long term professional growth
