Responsibilities
- Advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate governance, and general business matters
- Handle business transactions for clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
- Provide practical legal guidance on business operations, transactions, and corporate structuring
- Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group
- Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth
- Manage multiple transactional matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness
- Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service
Qualifications
- Active and good standing California Bar admission required
- Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required
- Senior-level experience advising on entity formation, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused environment
- Interest in practice development, mentorship, and long term professional growth
