Loan Review/Credit Analyst

About the role

As a Loan Review/Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications to assess risk and eligibility
• Research borrower credit history and financial statements
• Prepare detailed reports on loan performance and potential risks
• Communicate findings to senior management and make recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lending or credit analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Experience with loan underwriting software
• Strong attention to detail
