At GreenStone Farm Credit Services, we're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Processor to be the cornerstone of our exceptional service for our Country Living (consumer) segment. This role is a vital pillar within our team, directly contributing to seamless loan processing and loan documentation operations.

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday in the office, providing a stable work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation to facilitate loan closings
  • Provide disclosures in a timely manner in accordance with compliance
  • Clear approval conditions as outlined by legal or credit
  • Perform data entry, loan servicing, and property management coordination
  • Order title commitments, flood insurance, appraisals, and generate loan documents
  • Read legal descriptions and work closely with the loan officer and borrower to clear exceptions prior to closing
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Handle daily customer interactions, including answering incoming calls, receipting payments, and disbursing funds
  • Order supplies as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service or office experience

Skills

  • Mortgage, loan, or title experience – Preferred
  • Communication Expert – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships and provide status updates
  • Detail-Oriented – Strong attention to detail to accurately enter and verify data
  • Problem Solver – Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Multitasking Pro – Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities
