Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Verify income, identification, title, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate data in loan processing systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Work closely with Underwriting, Sales, and Funding teams
• Follow up proactively on outstanding conditions and documentation
• Help deliver a smooth and positive customer experience

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and web-based tools
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, or financial services
• Background in customer service, administrative support, or data entry

Pay

$17.00/hour base pay + monthly performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Location

Austin, TX 78728 (In-Person). Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start.
