About the role
Join our Sentry Bank team! Sentry Bank is looking to hire a full-time Loan Processor at our St. Joseph location.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay
Starting at $22 per hour; higher compensation with more experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review loan documents for commercial, consumer, secondary market, and other loan types
- Correct non-posts and maintain ticklers
- Verify work of other loan processors
- Maintain loan files and paperwork
- Perform daily and monthly balancing and reporting for serviced loans
- Process loan payments and prepare daily loan reports
- Assist customers with loan questions
- Enter new loans into the system
- Perform preliminary work for loans: prepare loan estimates, order flood certificates, order title, order appraisals, etc.
- Construct board packets, perform charge-off balancing, verify and maintain collateral holds, and maintain items in the collateral vault
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Loan processing or banking experience required
- LaserPro experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
