Loan Officer Training Program (ACES)

As an ACES Lending Officer, you’ll undergo comprehensive training to pass the SAFE and National Licensing exams, gain expertise in mortgages and HELOCs, and collaborate with experienced training and sales leadership to build a successful career as a future Licensed Lending Officer.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate prioritizes customer satisfaction, is comfortable with technology, is proactive, and excels at building strong sales relationships. While previous lending experience isn’t necessary, a proven sales record demonstrating the ability to meet and surpass sales targets is required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals (call center sales experience highly preferred).
• Ability to commute to Scottsdale, AZ full-time.
• Ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate strong relationships.
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to embrace coaching for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Pay

Base pay is one part of the total compensation package for ACES Lending Officers. The base hourly rate for this role is $15.15/hour during training, plus a monthly per-origination bonus incentive once licensed and working with customers. After ACES training, you’ll transition to a Licensed Lending Officer position with an hourly minimum wage plus a lucrative bonus structure based on fundings. The new compensation structure will be shared at that time.
