Responsibilities
- Develop and service loan portfolio within delegated authority
- Manage credit quality, credit administration, and portfolio performance
- Develop new business and ensure member and prospect needs are met
- Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk considerations, and present credits for approval
- Represent the Association in the local community through active participation in community and industry affairs
- Perform field reports, inspections, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in accounting, agriculture, or business
- Basic understanding of production agriculture
- Good analytical, accounting, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience using office equipment, personal computers, and related software
- Ability to interact effectively and work well with people at all levels
- Skills in planning and organization
- Self-motivated with a good work ethic and ability to exercise initiative and judgment
- Mobility on unimproved properties and ability to lift 40 pounds or more required
- Some travel required in performance of job

Compensation
Salary range: $65,000 - $125,000, depending on education and experience. Performance-based variable incentive compensation also offered.
About the Role
For over 100 years, the Association has been providing agricultural lending services to commercial and mortgage borrowers in Utah and portions of Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona.
