About the role
Under the direction of the Collection Manager, this position is responsible for collecting delinquent loan accounts and managing other real estate properties. Performs loan prevention activities along with processing and monitoring bankruptcy information. Processes insurance on all types of loans and maintains flood insurance tracking in accordance with federal guidelines. Handles consumer, real estate, and commercial collections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good oral, written, and human relation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal tactfully with customers
