Responsibilities

• Processes credit applications and monitors the flow of information with each application.
• Answers questions in person, via phone, mail, and email, and refers customers to other Bank services.
• Tracks and ensures the completeness of final documentation, following up to confirm all necessary documents are present.
• Maintains monthly loan billing statements.
• Ensures compliance with bank operations and procedures by consulting with the compliance officer and ensuring complete and accurate loan documentation, timely filings.
• Assists loan officers with various loan operations.
• Performs tasks and projects as assigned.
• Complies with the Bank Secrecy Act and follows attendance policies outlined in the employer handbook.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information.
• Achieves related results as part of a team effort.
