Loading & Unloading Warehouse Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking loader/unloader/warehouse worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of loading and unloading tires for long periods and be familiar with basic unloading protocols and safety guidelines.
You will load and unload 50–100 lb tires by hand from trailers, placing them onto appropriately sized wooden pallets. After filling a pallet, you will remove it using a pallet jack or forklift and place it in a designated area. You will then get another pallet and repeat the process until the trailer is empty. At the end of each shift, you will sweep the trailer and clean your work area.
On average, you will load/unload 3–4 trailers per day. Each trailer’s weight varies, and your pay is based on the total weight you move. The more you move, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload 50–100 lb tires by hand from trailers onto wooden pallets
- Move filled pallets using a pallet jack or forklift to designated areas
- Repeat the process until the trailer is empty
- Sweep the trailer and clean the work area at the end of each shift
- Maintain a pace to unload/load an average of 3–4 trailers per day
Requirements
- Experience working a physically demanding job
- Own steel toe or composite toe shoes
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable attendance

Pay
Paid based on the total weight of tires moved. Payout per trailer varies depending on weight and whether you worked individually or with a coworker.
- Average weekly earnings: $400–$700
- Top performers earn $1,100–$1,200 weekly
The faster and more efficient you are, the more you make.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
You are expected to stay for the entire shift.
