Loader Supervisor

About the role

R+L Carriers Company is seeking an experienced Outbound Operations Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations at their Milwaukee, WI Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager

Qualifications

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
• Computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas
• Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred

Benefits

Candidates will earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment.

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 2pm Start
