Loader Supervisor

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking an experienced Outbound Operation Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations at our Burlington Township, NJ Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager

Requirements

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
• Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas
• Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred

Qualifications

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.

Skills

Leadership, organizational, communication, logistical, problem-solving, computer skills, and knowledge of quality freight handling.

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 6pm - 4am
