Loader Supervisor

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Outbound Operation Supervisors at our Dallas, TX Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations.

Pay

$72,000 yearly, based on experience

Schedule

• Wed–Fri: 7 am to 5 pm
• Sat: 6 am to 4 pm
• Sun: 10 am to 8 pm
• Mon–Fri: 5 pm to 3 am

Responsibilities

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager

Requirements

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
• Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas
• Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred
