Loader Supervisor
About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking an experienced Outbound Loader Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations at their Otsego, MN Service Center.
Responsibilities
- Driver and Freight Handler Management
- Cookout Dock Operations and Driver/Freight Handler Scheduling
- Ensure Safety Compliance
- Ensure Quality Freight Handling Procedures are Followed
- Timely Dispatching of LTL Loads
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
Requirements
- Proven Basic Leadership Experience
- Ability to Lead in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Strong Organizational, Communication, and Logistical Skills with Solid Problem-Solving Abilities
- Knowledge of Quality Freight Handling Preferred
- Computer Skills and Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Prior LTL Leadership Experience Preferred
