About the role

LMSW Social Worker position providing clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization. Located in a beautiful town surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks offering outdoor activities on Mt. Bachelor, cave tours, and ancient lava tubes. Nearby hospitals include St. Charles Medical Center, Lake District Hospital, Med-Columbia Medical Center, Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital, and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Start date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment

Requirements

• Oregon LMSW licensure
• Master’s degree in social work
• BLS certification
• 1+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Crisis intervention experience
