Job Description & Requirements LMSW Social Worker StartDate: 11/2/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2300.00 POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Worker POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
