LMS Analyst

About the role

Working in close collaboration with the Learning & Development Department and Mission and Learning Division, the LMS Analyst supports the Learning & Development Department in providing strategic, impactful, timely, and cost‑effective learning opportunities. The role involves managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data integrity, providing customer service and training, and producing reports to support departmental goals. The position is based at 305 7th Ave., New York, NY 10001 and reports to the Director of Learning and Development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize its use and impact.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development Department Coordinators to build the quarterly catalog in the LMS.
• Manage The Workshops customer payment process and registration.
• Operationalize the LMS to support blended learning opportunities (with support from the Deputy Director of Learning & Development).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues by liaising with Cornerstone, Tribridge, and ADP as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ADP Workforce Now, LMS, and external partner LMS systems (ACS, HSLC, etc.).
• Provide technical assistance, manage registration and attendance information for the Human Service Learning System (HSLC) and the ACS Workforce Institute’s LMS.
• Manage Asana tickets from L&D Coordinators for data entry into the LMS to build class Event and Session instances, close out classes, and pull survey data.
• Deliver technical assistance and training to staff and customers via phone and in‑person at program locations, prioritizing requests by importance.
• Manage LMS and L&D service request tickets received through the FreshDesk portal.
• Develop and maintain Quick Guides and Job Aids to address barriers to staff utilization of Workforce Now and the LMS.
• Create and run reports (with the Director of Learning & Development) to support L&D strategic initiatives and monitor compliance and training completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support L&D and Initiatives and Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System required.
• 2 years of LMS experience required.
• Commitment to the mission and vision of the learning collaborative.

• Experience providing technical assistance and training on systems preferred.
• Experience in the social services field, learning and development, and/or human resources preferred.
• Commitment to work from a strength‑based, youth and family development, and trauma‑informed perspective.

Pay

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 a year.

Schedule

Hours: 35 hours/week; Non‑exempt.
