About the role
The Advertising in Live Events (ALE) team at Amazon sits at the intersection of Amazon’s premium sports content and our world-class advertising platform. We move fast, build bold, and own outcomes end-to-end. As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll be the single-threaded owner of high-profile, complex live sports properties—driving strategy and execution that transforms advertiser outcomes and viewer experiences across global events.
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-profile live sports properties, including multi-year roadmap planning, launch coordination, optimization, and continuous innovation
Define success metrics, identify growth opportunities, and influence product and business strategy decisions across global live events
Partner with and influence senior leaders across Sales, Monetization, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver exceptional ad experiences and resolve cross-organizational conflicts
Mentor and support other property managers by establishing best practices, scaling processes, and identifying systemic improvements that elevate team performance
Drive business-critical launches and initiatives that directly impact advertiser outcomes, viewer experiences, and Amazon's position in live sports advertising
