Litigation Senior Associate

Requirements
- Four to six years of post-JD experience
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
- Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts
- Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions, leading teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice
- Talented strategic thinker
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- State court experience
- Ability to handle negotiations, meeting and conferring with opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment

Prior law firm experience is a plus.
