Senior Litigation Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters, including motion practice, legal research, case strategy, and client representation.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial-related activities.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and case-related materials.
• Communicate directly with clients, provide updates, and manage matters with strong ownership.
• Collaborate with legal teams while independently managing assigned cases and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation with strong business and/or insurance litigation exposure.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active California Bar admission.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, litigation practices, and legal processes.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively with colleagues and clients.
