Responsibilities
- File and client management
- Formatting, proofreading and editing of documents
- Electronic filings
- Time entry
- Expense reimbursements
- Travel arrangements
- Other administrative support
Requirements
- Solid work history including 3-5 recent years providing legal administrative support in the area of litigation required
- Effectively reporting to multiple attorneys
- Exposure to the following practice areas or a desire and ability to learn these areas is necessary: Environmental, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Litigation, and Tort
- Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software
- Experience with E-filing (federal and state)
- Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems
- Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task
- Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
