Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Mid-Level Associate

About the role

Snell & Wilmer’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group seeks to hire an associate with at least five years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team, help advise our clients, and grow client relationships in our Reno‑Tahoe office.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing motions
• Assisting in complex litigation matters, including all stages of discovery and motion practice

Requirements

• Minimum five years of litigation experience
• Nevada bar license required
• Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Participation in the local community is expected

Skills

• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
• Significant legal research experience

Pay

Expected salary range for candidates placed in Nevada is $233,000 – $283,000, depending on experience.
