Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust caseload of personal injury matters from initial litigation through trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insight
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
  • Lead motions practice and participate in jury trials
  • Supervise a dedicated full-time paralegal or case manager, collaborating closely on case strategy and daily progress

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury Litigation (auto accident litigation strongly preferred)
  • Juris Doctor and active Colorado Bar License
  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, handling motions, and taking cases through trial
  • Strong advocacy skills, client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
