Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of legal professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the comprehensive preparation of cases for settlement or trial
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic, world-class service and steering them through their legal journey with expertise and compassion
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the firm's litigation team leadership to refine litigation strategies, contributing to the firm's growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the DFW market and across Texas

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4 - 7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 2+ years of personal injury-related experience
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment
  • Communication: Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
  • Organizational Skills: Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary
  • A Good Heart: A desire to maximize settlements, try cases when needed, and always enjoy your work
  • Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others, Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish
