Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury
About the role
The Personal Injury Case Manager at Brodie Law Group is responsible for guiding injury clients through the early and active stages of their case, keeping them informed, tracking important case details, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with personal injury clients and help answer process-related questions.
- Help clients understand next steps in their case.
- Track medical treatment status and follow up with clients about treatment updates.
- Identify when clients have completed treatment or may need additional follow-up.
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and related case documents.
- Keep case files organized, accurate, and up to date in the case management system.
- Document client updates, provider information, treatment status, and important case activity.
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other offices as needed.
- Help the legal team prepare the case for the next stage.
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and records staff to keep cases moving.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, a compassionate and patient approach, strong organization and attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience in personal injury, legal case management, medical records, insurance, or client service is preferred, as is proficiency in case management software such as Filevine or similar systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a team-first attitude and be willing to help where needed. They should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and possess basic computer skills including email, calendars, phone systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
