Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

Thompson Law LLP is seeking a driven, organized attorney to join a team environment helping lead and manage a group of experienced legal professionals assisting injury victims. Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of many cases and firm employees
• Lead and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of clients
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Shepherd clients through the personal injury process with attention to client service and the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience, with at least 3 years of personal injury related experience (plaintiff or defense side)
• Overall organization and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaking
• Personal injury litigation experience
• Easy going and passionate about helping people
