About the role

This position is focused on pre-litigation at a well-established plaintiff's firm specializing in personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law. The firm is actively growing and operates at high volume.

Responsibilities

• Handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Ensure clients understand the legal process they will undertake
• Draft all legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings
• Be open to trial work as needed

Requirements

• Member of the California State Bar
• Degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of personal injury (PI) experience
• Willingness to work in a high-volume environment

Pay

$120,000 - $220,000 per year
