About the role

This position is focused on pre-litigation at a well-established plaintiff’s firm. The practice areas include personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Ensure clients understand the process they will undertake
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Guide clients through the entire case
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

Requirements

• Member of the California Bar
• Degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of personal injury experience
• Willingness to work at volume in a high-case-load firm
• Openness to trial work in the future

Pay

$120,000 – $220,000 per year
