We have multiple opportunities for experienced litigators to join reputable firms across various practice areas, including commercial disputes, medical malpractice, wage & hour, health law, premises defense, and employment litigation.

About the Roles

These positions are ideal for dedicated litigation attorneys with 1–15 years of post-qualification experience who thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, cooperative spirit, and eagerness to tackle complex cases with varying levels of guidance. A proven track record in significant litigation activities—such as depositions and hearings—is essential. Roles are available in team-oriented settings, whether on-site, hybrid, or fully remote.

These roles are not suitable for: attorneys seeking non-litigation positions, candidates with less than 1 year of experience, individuals unwilling to work in specified locations or work models, or lawyers primarily focused on transactional or corporate law.

    • Compensation: $90K – $135K
    • Experience: 1–8 years
    • Focus: Medical malpractice cases with substantial guidance in a highly regarded litigation department.

    • Location: Remote
    • Compensation: $180K – $230K
    • Experience: 3–7 years
    • Focus: Commercial litigation with a clear path to partnership at a firm known for its innovative remote work approach.
  • Litigation Associate (Houston, TX – San Felipe St)
    • Location: On-site
    • Compensation: $150K – $200K
    • Experience: 5–10 years
    • Focus: Plaintiff-side wage-and-hour litigation for a nationally recognized practice.
  • Litigation Attorney (Houston, TX)
    • Location: Hybrid
    • Compensation: $190K – $220K
    • Experience: 7–15 years
    • Focus: Health law, premises defense, or employment litigation at a prominent legal practice.

Requirements

  • 1–15 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and conduct various litigation activities (e.g., depositions, hearings).
  • Dedication to client service and professional development.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: medical malpractice, commercial litigation, wage & hour, health law, premises defense, or employment litigation.
  • Bar admission in MI or OH required for some remote roles; otherwise, typically required for practice.
