Senior Attorney, Litigation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Attorney, Litigation to support and manage an assigned portfolio of litigation and pre-litigation matters. Working with legal leadership, business partners, and outside counsel, this role provides practical legal analysis, supports matter strategy, and helps manage litigation risk, cost, and outcomes. This position is suited for a litigation attorney who is ready to expand ownership of matters while continuing to build strategic judgment, cross-functional influence, and leadership capability. You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities for assigned litigation and dispute matters, which may include commercial litigation, personal injury, products liability, and pre-litigation disputes.
• Conduct legal research and factual analysis, assess risk, and develop recommendations in partnership with more senior attorneys.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to support matter strategy, discovery, settlement evaluation, budgeting, and resolution planning.
