Litigation Attorney (Commercial Litigation)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, TX (Remote/Flexible; Court Appearances Required) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $200,000-$225,000 + Bonus Job Summary Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of commercial or civil litigation experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, be comfortable managing cases with guidance from senior attorneys, and have experience handling commercial disputes from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial litigation matters with partner guidance.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal briefs.Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.Prepare cases for arbitration and trial.Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school.Active Texas Bar license in good standing.3-5 years of commercial or civil litigation experience.Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery independently.Deposition and hearing experience preferred.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
