Commercial Litigation Attorney

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our collaborative team in our Frisco office. This is an on-site role, and living nearby is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts.
• Lead first-chair trial experience on commercial matters, including plaintiff or defendant representation in contract and business disputes.
• Handle cases in Texas state court, with federal court experience being beneficial.
• Work directly with business clients.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Commitment to working on-site in our Frisco office.

Qualifications

• Labor & employment experience is a plus but not required.
