Responsibilities
- Participate in trial preparation
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Research complex litigation issues
Requirements
- 3–4 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong deposition background
- Sharp analytical skills
- Excellent legal writing ability
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Pay
$205,000 - $240,000 per year
