A bit about us:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, result-oriented legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice, along with excellent legal research and writing skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Must be a member in good standing with the FL state bar
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably in medical malpractice
- Demonstrated experience in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to draft and interpret legal documents
- Proven track record of representing clients in court and managing complex litigation cases
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes in the best interest of the client
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
