The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, from inception to resolution, ensuring the highest level of client service.

Job Details

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other legal correspondences.
• Represent clients in court, present evidence, argue cases, and negotiate settlements.
• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with legal team members and other departments to ensure the coordination of case management and client service.
• Stay updated with current laws, recent judgments, and industry developments, applying these updates to current and future cases.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical conduct.
• Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the FL state bar.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Proven experience in court, with strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
