Litigation Attorney

About the role

This position is for an experienced litigator looking to move beyond routine case management and take on greater courtroom involvement, strategic responsibility, and meaningful trial work.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation cases with a focus on strategic responsibility and meaningful trial work
• Work closely with a collaborative team of accomplished trial lawyers to achieve exceptional results
• Advocate for individuals harmed by corporate negligence in sophisticated, high-stakes cases

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of successful litigation experience
• Experience in complex civil litigation, particularly in toxic exposure and corporate misconduct cases
• Proven track record of success in courtroom settings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the bar in at least one state
• Passionate about making a difference through legal advocacy

Pay

$165,000 - $185,000 yearly plus growth incentive bonuses
