Litigation Attorney
About the role
Lead complex civil litigation matters from initial case investigation through trial and resolution.
Develop and implement litigation strategy in high-exposure cases involving extensive discovery, expert witnesses, and complex legal issues.
Prepare and argue dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, and post-trial motions.
Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for depositions, testimony, and trial presentation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thoughtful case assessments and strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate closely with experienced trial attorneys and a highly skilled litigation support team.
Travel as needed for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials throughout California and nationwide.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Extensive experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Collaborative approach and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay
$165,000 - $185,000 yearly plus growth incentive bonuses.
